Germany has a new chancellor and its a girl! Angela Merkel was named Chancellor after several weeks of negotiations making her the first East German and the first woman to run Germany.

For the last week or so I've been thinking about how bad Desperate Housewives sucks. It's still the number 1 show and I watched it this past weekend and it just sucked hot air.
